Admission for Nursery 2014 begins


News of Admission to Nursery for Academic year 2015-2016.

Latest News: The Nursery Admissions have been postponed. The School is awaiting for guidelines from the Government on a common schedule of admissions, fresh schedule for Nursery Admissions will be announced thereafter.


The Online Admission process to Nursery (pre-kindergarten) Vasant Vihar Playmate Pre School will begin from 4th December 2014. Child born between Dt.: 01-06-2011 to Dt.: 31-05-2012 is eligible for admission to the Nursery.


Online Admission & Registration facility will open on Website: www.gaet.edu.in





Parents should keep the following documents ready for the Admissions:
Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation.
Proof of Residence for Vasant Vihar residents (owners)
Photocopy of any one of the following:
1.         Sale Agreement.
2.         MSEDCL Bill in the name of Parents.
3.         MTNL Bill in parents name.
4.         Aadhar Card of Parent.
5.         Voters Id Card of the Parent.

Vasant Vihar residents & Siblings are given preference for the admission.

      The Dates of online Registration for Admission for Nursery are notified as under:

Ø     Online Registration facility will open on Dt. 4th December 2014 (Thursday) @ 10.00 a.m. and will be available till Dt.: 7th December 2014 (Sunday) midnight.

Ø     Online Notification to Parents for completion of Admission Formalities will be declared on Dt.: 11th December 2014.

Ø     Verification of Documents & Completion of Admission formalities will be from Dt.: 16th December 2014 to Dt.: 19th December 2014.

Parents of selected children will receive online intimation regarding the dates and timings.

Ø     Online Registration facility will open on Dt. 24th January 2015 (Saturday) @ 10.00 a.m. and will be available till Dt.: 28th January 2015 (Wednesday) midnight.

Ø     Online Notification to Parents for completion of Admission Formalities will be declared on Dt.: 5th February 2015.

Ø     Verification of Documents & Completion of Admission formalities will be from Dt.: 9th February 2015 to Dt.: 12th February 2015.

Parents of selected children will receive online intimation regarding the dates and timings.

    Any news on Junior KG admission. I had been to the Vasant Vihar School but was informed to check it online. I am also confused as there are 2 websites, one of GAET and one for Vasant Vihar School. I will be really obliged as am struggling to get the information on Jr KG for 2015-16.

    I read that Vasant Vihar High School gives preference to Vasant Vihar residents. Does that include Tenants as well ?
    Do Siddhachal or Tulsidham residents also get preference ?

    Their site just mentions "Preference is given to the siblings & local residents." and "Proof of residence. ( for Vasant Vihar residents only )". Does not clearly say if its just for owners.
